The Problem/Opportunity: This client had decided that their current web site was not providing the return on investment they desired. They also concluded that they wanted to improve the content and navigation of the web site to increase the number of leads it generated. The template system they were using was no longer compatible with these requirements.
The Solution: First we met with the leaders of the firm to document their target audiences and the messages they wanted to deliver to these people. This exercise identified several additional areas where they could distinguish themselves from their competition.

The Implementation: we redesigned the web site and converted it to a more flexible and more focused format that enabled easier updates. Video recordings of the financial education they have offered are included to enhance the credibility of their claims of distinction. Other videos describing the firm and the work they do have also been added. The client added a blogging application to make it easier for their staff to keep news about the firm current and more inviting with images. The content and quality continues to improve with additional search engine optimization initiatives and expanded descriptions of their offerings.
Most recently we migrated the entire web site to the WordPress content mangement application. Now the site is reformatted to present itself more effectively on smart phone, tablets and full sized displays. The client also shares in the updates to the content on the web site with existing staff, to make them more efficient and to reduce their ongoing marketing costs.
The Results: The newly designed site is operating effectively. The navigation has been updated to make it easier and faster for visitors to find the content they want. The site has expanded to over one hundred pages of engaging content to support their sales and marketing efforts. New clients are approaching the firm after researching alternatives exclusively on the web and choose Baron Financial as their new financial advisor.
